the gameplay on both games is pretty good but if i could say that the gameplay of the brotherhood is a little bit better because there are much more additional memories and features like that in brotherhood you can call a horse and ride it in Revelations you have only your legs to travel trough the game. The interface i gotta admit is in Revelation it looks better and a got this for revelations is that we get a little bit Altair gameplay. Anyway for the more additional memories the category GAMEPLAY GOES TO BROTHERHOOD
In Revelations the story is that Ezio travel from Roma to Istanbul (Constantinople) to Collect all the Masyaf keys to get access to Altair's Library. While Ezio Collects Masyaf keys he meets his future wife Sofia. Every Masyaf key holds a memory of Altair and that make like Desmond synchronizes Ezio and Ezio synchronizes Altair.
Brotherhood for me has not such an awesome story like Revelations. In Brotherhood the Auditore villa is under attack and Ezio has to flee to Rome where he builds a new brotherhood to fight with him against the Borgia's. While "cleaning" Rome from the Brogia he has much additional memories to complete for the brotherhood and that is cool because when you complete the main story you have much to do to complete the game 100%

in this category i have nothing much to say because you know, it is the same , ok maybe there are a few action buttons that have changed but after 1-2 sequence's you get the flow and it does not matter so i give a point to both games
Final Category : Graphic
Both games has a amazing graphic but you gotta admit that Revelations has a better graphic of course , because it is a newer game. i mean the opening scene is ... simply WOW you would say it is real
